I cant say enough what a good hot steam will do for your bones, lungs, and just overall feel. I had gotten away from the gym for awhile, and recently have been going with more consistency. At the end of a work out, it is fantastic to sit in a steam room for 15-20 minutes and just melt into the steam.
My sinuses are cleared, my breathing is so much better, and I just generally feel better overall. If anyone out there has the chance to do this I highly reccommend. At the end of a long day of more than 300 miles of driving and dealing with the people issues that is our business, there are few other ways to end a day on a more positive note. Give it a try. Great for arthritis sufferers too.
